bp99c Platform

The bp99c platform may only be used by individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements. bp99c reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend an account if the requirements are not met.

• Aged at least 21 years old at the time of registration and during use of the platform.
• Residing in a region that does not explicitly prohibit the use of online casino services.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not currently on a self-exclusion list enforced by any relevant gambling authority.

Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the bp99c platform. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and current information including:

• Full name as per your identity card (MyKad) or valid passport.
• Exact date of birth for age verification purposes.
• An active email address that can be reached.
• A valid mobile number registered in Malaysia.
• The payment method to be used for deposits and withdrawals.

bp99c reserves the right to request supporting documents such as a copy of your MyKad, bank statement or proof of address as part of the identity verification (KYC) process. Failure to submit the requested documents within the stipulated period may result in temporary account suspension.

bp99c accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

All financial transactions must use an account or payment method registered in the user's own name. bp99c does not accept payments from third parties. If there is evidence of a third-party account being used, the transaction may be rejected and the user's account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to compliance with the relevant wagering requirements. bp99c reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving large withdrawals.

bp99c offers a welcome bonus of 100% of the first deposit up to RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Examples of wagering requirement calculations:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 25 = RM2,500
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM500 (maximum cap) → Balance RM1,700 → Wagering requirement: RM500 × 25 = RM12,500

Additional conditions that apply to bonuses and promotions:

• Bonuses are only eligible to be claimed once per user, household, IP address and device.
• bp99c reserves the right to withdraw any bonus given if there is evidence of abuse or attempts to manipulate the bonus system.
• Other promotions offered from time to time have their own terms and conditions, which will be stated separately.
• bp99c reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

As a user of the bp99c platform, you are fully responsible for ensuring that all activity on your account complies with these terms and conditions as well as applicable laws. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using automation software, bots or any technical means to manipulate games or the system.
• Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to access your account.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Involvement in money laundering or financial fraud in any form.
• Using payment methods obtained unlawfully or without the authorisation of the rightful owner.
• Any conduct that undermines the integrity of the games or disrupts the experience of other users.

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in permanent account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all fund balances including winnings, and legal action where necessary.

VIP tier upgrades depend on a player's activity and loyalty on the bp99c platform. bp99c reserves the right to change the structure, benefits and conditions of the VIP programme at any time. VIP cashback received may be subject to additional wagering requirements, which will be stated at the time of crediting.

Users may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting the bp99c customer support team via live chat or email. Any valid remaining balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal subject to compliance with all wagering requirements and identity verification.

bp99c services are provided "as is". While we work to keep the platform running without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruptions, errors or delays caused by factors outside our control.

bp99c is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Technical disruptions, internet connection failures or damage to a user's device.
• Game outcomes or betting results that a user considers unsatisfactory.
• Acts or omissions by third parties including game providers or payment processors.
• Losses resulting from use of the platform in breach of these terms and conditions.

bp99c reserves the right to amend, update or improve these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of significant changes will be communicated to users via their registered email or in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect, except in circumstances requiring immediate action.

bp99c operates under a valid international licence. These terms and conditions are interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of our licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from the use of this platform will first be addressed through direct negotiation between the parties involved.

If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an arbitration body recognised by our licensing authority. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
